The layout of the user interface makes it quite easy to create and manage your database entries. Your records are displayed in a list, on the left side and you can view their contained information in the larger area on the right. Creating a new entry doesn't involve anything more than clicking a button and filling in a series of input fields.

The software lets you insert various details, like company names, account numbers, names, phones, addresses, as well as keywords and notes. Additionally, you can add over one hundred custom labels, on separate tabs. It is also possible to create tasks for individual entries and schedule them on a specific date and time.

When launched, the application will ask you for a username and password. If there is more than one person using Super Rolodex, you can set up additional accounts, with different passwords, in the software's general settings menu. What's more, if certain database entries are too sensitive for anyone to see, you can password-protect them separately.

There are various ways to filter your records. The first, and most obvious, is to select a letter, right next to the entries list, to see all entries that begin with that letter. Of course, you can also type a keyword in a search field, but it is also possible to set certain conditions, like "contains", "is exactly", "begins with" or "ends with". Furthermore, Super Rolodex has an advanced search mode, which lets you search for keywords, using the same conditions, in individual fields.

File links, email and website addresses can be extracted from the entire database at a moment's notice. The software's built-in extractor can retrieve such information from the currently selected record or from the entire database. Additionally, Super Rolodex provides you with options for exporting the extracted information to Excel or CSV, opening links and for sending emails to one or all addresses.
